By using txtraditions.com or any Texas Traditions Grill & Bar service — online orders, delivery/catering requests, or the Text Club — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

The Texas Traditions Grill & Bar website and its content (logo, photos, copy, menus, and pricing) are for personal, non-commercial use. Don’t republish, sell, or scrape our content without written permission. Pricing, menu items, and hours are subject to change without notice.

Online orders are processed by our third-party partner ReddyOrder.com. Payment, refunds, and order modifications are governed by ReddyOrder.com’s terms, not ours. We pass orders to our kitchen for fulfillment in good faith. If something goes wrong with payment processing, call us at (361) 553-5555 and we’ll do what we can.

We deliver group orders of 10 or more from our regular menu, daily before 11:30 AM, with a delivery fee based on location. Submitting a request through our website is not a booking — orders are confirmed only after we reply and agree on timing. Contact us ahead of time by phone or email to get an order scheduled.

Membership in the Texas Traditions Text Club is free. New members receive a welcome offer by text, and the occasional deal or update after that — no points, no purchase required to join or to receive texts. Offers may change at our discretion. We will post any changes on this page.

a. Eligibility. By signing up for the Text Club, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have obtained parental consent if you are below the age of 18.

b. Sign-up process. To enroll, provide your name and a valid phone number. By signing up, you agree to receive automated marketing text messages from us.

c. Membership. Membership is free of charge and remains valid until terminated by either party in accordance with these terms.

d. Personal information. By signing up, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

e. Message frequency. We send marketing texts periodically — frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply through your carrier. Consent is not required to make a purchase.

f. Offers and benefits. Offers and benefits are subject to change at our discretion.

g. Termination. We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. You may also terminate your membership at any time by replying STOP to any text.

h. Modification of terms. We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately on posting at this URL.

The site and our services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be venued in Calhoun County, Texas. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
