Accessibility Statement

We’re working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA across this website. We treat accessibility as part of building well, not a checklist we run once.

• Semantic HTML — proper headings, landmarks, lists, and form labels so screen readers and keyboard users get a clear page structure.
• Keyboard navigation — every interactive element (links, buttons, form fields, dialogs, drawers) is reachable and operable by keyboard alone.
• Visible focus — focus indicators are clear on every interactive element. We don’t suppress them.
• Alt text — every meaningful image carries descriptive alt text. Decorative images use empty alt (alt="") so screen readers can skip them.
• Color contrast — text-to-background contrast meets WCAG 2.2 AA (4.5:1 for body, 3:1 for large text). Brand colors are reviewed against this rule.
• Responsive scaling — content reflows on small screens and at 200% zoom without horizontal scroll.
• Forms with helpful labels — every input has a visible label and helper text. Errors describe the problem in plain language and tell you how to fix it.

We test with current versions of:

• Browsers — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge.
• Screen readers — NVDA (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), JAWS (Windows).
• Keyboard-only navigation — without a mouse.

Older browsers and screen readers may work, but we do not test against them.

Parts of the site interact with third-party services that we do not control: ReddyOrder.com (online ordering), OpenStreetMap (embedded location map, with a link out to Google Maps for turn-by-turn directions), and GoHighLevel (form processing behind the scenes). Their accessibility is governed by those services. If a barrier on one of those services blocks you from using Texas Traditions, email us — we’ll help you place an order or get directions by phone instead.
